Our greatest hope is to create a personal dining experience you won’t soon forget. We’ve designed menus that are appetizing, delightful and—more importantly—completely natural. We’re committed to buying 100% natural foods that aren’t ridden with chemicals, preservatives, flavor enhancers or trans fat. All of our scallops and salmon are pollution-free wild Alaskan; we will never use farm-raised Atlantic fish, farmed prawns and shrimp, or pond-raised crab.
Kerstin’s commitment to cooking with only the finest natural foods spans the entire breadth of all our menus. We hand-cut our steaks fresh and grind the trimmings by hand for our burgers, and we even make our own homemade sourdough rolls, desserts and sauces from scratch. After enjoying a distinctly Northwest dining experience at Kerstin’s you’ll feel pleasantly full—not weighed down by processed foods.
